We draw on over 30 years of experience in coating and laminating when
developing our custom and standard components. These component materials are
available in a variety of roll widths, thicknesses and base polymers for the
development of transdermal drug delivery systems.
This is our innovative way of producing transdermal drug delivery systems using
industry proven component materials in production-ready roll form.
The MEDIFILM
® line of extruded and co-extruded films features four standard film
categories, each with distinct characteristics to meet the specific
requirements of wound care, ostomy and transdermal applications.
We have created standard occlusive backing materials to fill specific needs of
the industry. The MEDIFLEX
® line consists of a variety of standard materials and
laminates, each available in a wide range of thicknesses and roll widths.
Silicone and Fluorosilicone coated release liners available in a wide range of
coat weights, release rates and substrates.
Mylan Technologies has combined standard component backing materials (MEDIFILM
®
or MEDIFLEX
®), release liners (MEDIRELEASE
®) and adhesives to create a single
component product.
