The key to successfully creating a laminate is using a release liner that acts with precision and accuracy. Mylan Technologies produces such a release liner. The MEDIRELEASE® line of Silicone and Fluorosilicone coated release liners is available in a wide range of coat weights, release rates and substrates. We have developed the MEDIRELEASE® line of standard release liners for use with PIB, acrylic or silicone adhesive systems.

MEDIRELEASE® 2100 - Paper substrate liners with a silicone coating on one or both sides. A general purpose release liner providing a cost-effective and dependable form of adhesive release.

MEDIRELEASE® 2200 - Polyester and polyurethane liners with a silicone coating. Available in a variety of thicknesses, providing a maximum range of release. Supported by Type III Drug Master Files.

MEDIRELEASE® 2500 - This component utilizes the latest technology, combining polyester or LDPE liners with a fluorosilicone base on one or both sides of the substrate. Supported by Type III Drug Master Files.

Each of these MEDIRELEASE® products is available in roll widths up to 43". Mylan Technologies understands what a vital part the correct release liner plays in making a successful wound care and transdermal product. Count on us to provide you with the release liners just right for your application.
